Mr. Reddick was also the Voice Actor for Commander Zavala in Destiny 2, an MMO I use to play a lot. He was a major part of the story, always being a voice of hope and action. And when I finished the story content every season I went to him every day to get my daily and weekly quests for quite a few years. His voice and character were such a major part of the community, beloved by so many. I may not play anymore, but seeing my friends and thousands of other players meet up around his character to pay tribute to him was a really bitter sweet moment. He didn't just play the character, he brought him to life, and its a tragedy to see him go. Eyes Up Guardian.

When I first read this news I was gobsmacked. Then I felt a tremendous sense of sadness. A day has almost gone since then, and I still can't accept that Lance has passed away. Too many great people are taken from us when their time is not yet up and for no reason, and Lance is a shining example. A part of me was gone too when I heard this news. God bless you Lance 💫

He looked like he was in such good health. I loved this guy's voice & mannerisms and he loved his fans. You can see all his fan appreciation on his Twitter account. I just couldn't believe it. There's no way. Again, he looked so healthy and it's such a shock he just went like that overnight. So sad and my heart goes out to the family 😢

This is just awful and incredibly tragic. Lance was such a brilliant actor who brought grit, gravitas and presence to his roles. He was brilliant in The Wire, Bosch, The Guest, John Wick as well a number of guest roles in various established television series and his voice work …. It is genuinely a real loss to the acting community as he was simply outstanding. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends. I was just shocked when I found out. He always had such a bold, powerful, yet humble presence when on screen. He will be missed. God rest his soul.🙏

He was an incredible talent with great charisma. While I know him mostly from Fringe and Quantum Break (the video game, which he leant both his voice and likeness to) and hadn't tracked his every role, I was nonetheless a fan who knew any role he undertook would be better for it. My thoughts are with his loved ones during this difficult time, and I am thankful for his work and to have known him in a very limited way through it.

I remember him being the ME in Law and Order SVU in the first season before they brought Tamara Tunie on. Then I didn't see him for like 10 years and I thought he was just a bit guy that did that and then left acting. Then for the past 10 years he was in like everything. He was a lot of fun to watch with his insanely calm demeanor regardless of the situation, like when Wick and Perkins are literally having a knock down drag out and he's just down in the lobby calmly letting the phone ring.

He was great on Bosch. He was such a talented actor. RIP.

His character Sylens in the “Horizon” franchise is one of my favorite game characters of all time, his passing will make playing through next months “Burning Shores” expansion rather sad.

I will miss Sylens... he was so epic as an antagonist for Aloy
